RMM Platform

🚧 Early Access — actively rolling out. Pricing and features may evolve.

Hosted RMM Platform

Monitor every device, on every platform

Real-time monitoring for Windows, macOS and Linux — with alerts that find the right people. Get paged when a server starts overheating or an important workstation goes dark, while routine noise stays where it belongs.

Right alerts, right people

Get the critical pages. Skip the noise.

Tag each device as Critical, Important, Standard or Monitor-only on its edit page. Each user then ticks which tiers they want to be paged for — per customer, per channel, per severity threshold. The boss’s file server pages everyone; the reception printer stays quiet on a 3am Sunday.

Who It’s For

Built for the teams managing mixed fleets

Whether you support five sites or fifty, the platform adapts to your structure — without per-seat licensing or per-feature paywalls.

Managed Service Providers

Multi-tenant by design. See every customer’s fleet in one place; each customer sees only their own. Per-entity policies, per-customer billing and per-user notification rules — without extra setup.

Schools & Colleges

Mixed environments? Same agent runs on the staff Windows laptops, the iMac classrooms and the Linux web server. One installer per OS; the rest is automatic.

Businesses

Workstations, servers and developer Macs in the same dashboard. Get warned when disks fill up, AV stops reporting, or the boardroom PC needs a reboot — before anyone calls.

Live vitals at a glance

See every device working in real time

CPU, memory and disk usage charted every five minutes. Switch between the 2-hour zoom and the 24-hour overview to spot a spike before the support tickets start arriving.

One agent, three platforms

Windows, macOS and Linux — same tooling

A single Python agent runs natively on each OS, reporting hardware health, security posture, installed apps and version drift. Installation is a one-line command; auto-update keeps every device on the latest agent without an MDM push.

Windows

Win10 / Win11 / Server 2016+

  • winget app inventory
  • Defender / Sophos / Malwarebytes detection
  • BitLocker, Secure Boot, TPM
  • Suspicious PowerShell scanning
  • Pending reboot, RDP state
  • iDRAC / iLO / OMSA ambient temps
macOS

Ventura+ (Intel and Apple Silicon)

  • system_profiler app inventory
  • FileVault, Gatekeeper, SIP
  • XProtect signature age
  • Application Firewall state
  • Auto-update settings
  • SSH / Screen Sharing exposure
Linux

Debian / Ubuntu / RHEL / Alma / Rocky

  • dpkg / rpm package inventory

Core capabilities

Everything modern RMM should be

Live device telemetry

CPU, memory, disk, network and uptime every check cycle (default 5 min). 24-hour rolling charts on each device page; 2-hour zoom for spotting recent spikes.

Hardware health & temperatures

CPU, GPU, ambient and disk temperatures across Linux psutil, Windows ACPI / OMSA / iLO and macOS sensors. Spot a server running hot before the customer does.

Smart alerts (40+ checks)

Disk-low, memory-high, runaway process, AV missing, BitLocker disabled, suspicious PowerShell, EOL operating system, certificate expiry — all evaluated on the device and surfaced with severity grading.

Cross-platform app inventory

winget on Windows, dpkg / rpm on Linux, system_profiler on macOS. Versions checked against a shared reference fed by endoflife.date, Chocolatey and AI lookups for the long-tail apps.

Satellite ping monitors

Watch internal hosts the agent can reach but the public internet can’t — NAS units, switches, ESXi hosts, printers. Per-target alerts when something stops responding.

Maintenance windows

Schedule planned patching, reboots or vendor work without alert spam. Per-entity or per-device, with daily / weekly / monthly recurrence.

Smart notification rules

Subscribe to alerts from servers and important workstations — skip the noise from the rest of the fleet. Per-user, per-entity, per-severity-threshold. Email + iOS push, with built-in dedup so an alert can’t re-fire while still open.

Emailable PDF reports

One-page device report (summary, open alerts, vitals, security posture, outdated apps) generated on demand and emailed to a customer or colleague. Handy for monthly reviews.

Hardware health

Read the room — literally

Most RMM tools never tell you a server is overheating. Ours pulls CPU, GPU, ambient and disk temperatures from psutil, ACPI, vendor agents (Dell OMSA, HPE iLO) and NVIDIA / AMD tooling — surfaced as live tiles with a 24-hour trend chart per sensor.

Built into the platform

Monitoring without the extra tool

RMM is part of the same hosted platform as ICT Hero Helpdesk and Asset Management. One login, one iOS app, one bill — and alerts flow directly into tickets when something needs human attention.

Alerts → tickets

High-priority alerts open a system-generated ticket in the relevant department — assigned, SLA-tracked and ready for an agent to action.

Multi-tenant by design

Customer A never sees Customer B. MSP staff see everything across all customers; in-customer users see only their own fleet.

iOS app

Native SwiftUI app receives critical alerts via APNs push, with acknowledge and resolve actions from the lock screen.

One-line install

PowerShell one-liner on Windows; curl … | sudo bash on Linux/macOS. Auto-update keeps the fleet on the latest agent without MDM intervention.

Hosted & managed

No infrastructure to run. ICT Hero hosts the dashboard, the API, the iOS push channel and the central app-version reference.

No per-feature paywall

All RMM features ship in every plan that includes monitoring. We don’t lock temperature monitoring or AI inventory behind a premium tier.

Early Access

Shape the platform with us

We’re onboarding ICT Hero MSP partners and selected customers to the RMM platform. Early access comes with direct input on the roadmap, reduced rates, and white-glove migration help. Pricing is based on monitored device count, with no per-feature paywalls.
